One good thing about living here at Chesney Woods is that the apartment homes are really affordable. The management team is always courteous and responds in a timely manner to any repairs you need done in your home.  The community is safe and clean. It is a good environment for a family to live in.   I like the school my daughter goes to because they keep me informed about how my daughter is doing in school and they keep me informed about school events.

Chesney Woods is a great place to live; the apartment complex is relatively close to everything you could imagine.  You are a mile away from a grocery store, two miles or less from a gas station, and a few miles from the Concord Mall, main shopping centers, and interstate access. 

Chesney Woods is a quiet apartment complex, not too big and not too small.  The apartment complex is made up of a variety of people, all whom display respect of others and their property.  My husband and I lived there for almost 7 years, so most of our neighbors were like family.

Chesney Woods had just what we were looking for, two bedroom townhouse apartments, with one and a half bathrooms.  The size was perfect for us and at a reasonable rate for monthly rent!  Not to mention, we loved the pool in the summer time!

The Chesney Woods staff is incredible!  Anytime we had a maintenance issue we would go by the office or make a phone call if it was after business hours.  The maintenance staff was always there to help and fixed whatever issue came about within a timely manner! 

The Owner and Property Manager are included!  They are very understanding people and easy to talk to!  The Owner and Property Manager were not just people who ran the apartment complex, but were more like family! - C. Linker, former resident of Chesney Woods
